These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ropellent website and online store and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by Sellify LLC ("Ropellent", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are sold for delivery within the United States only.

2. Products and use

Ropellent pouches are plant-oil-based mouse repellents intended to discourage mice from entering treated areas. They are not designed to eliminate an existing infestation. Results vary with placement, temperature, airflow and the level of rodent activity. For heavy or persistent activity, we recommend sealing entry points and consulting a licensed pest control professional.

Always read and follow the directions and precautions on the product label. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not place on food or food-preparation surfaces. Do not open, cut or ingest pouches. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from use that does not follow the label directions.

3. Product information and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors, packaging and minor details may vary. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed reasonable household quantities. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier, but we'll still help with lost or damaged packages as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Subscriptions

If we offer a subscription and you choose it, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@ropellent.com before your next renewal date.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that it's your honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion. We publish only genuine customer reviews.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using bots or scrapers, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the products will repel all rodents in every situation. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellify LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sellify LLC from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or products.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
